70% of projects fail. The real question is: why?
According to a McKinsey publication, 70% of all transformation projects fail. The Standish Group CHAOS Report tells a similar story: only 16% of projects are completed within their planned scope. Everyone knows the standard explanations — budget, schedule, scope. But in our view, these only describe symptoms, not the real cause. The variable that gets most underestimated, from our perspective, is: the team / the human.
